WIIMOTE DS FLASH CARD UPDATED.
Our friends at Neo Flash (at the beginning of the DS Era Neo Flash has been the very first videogame hacking group to release a flash card for the Nintendo portable) have just updated the R6 Gold: a really cool Micro SD based Flash card with motion sensing capabilities (thanks to an X,Y,Z 3-axis high speed accelerometer and a GYRO sensor).

After the Kodomo no jikan Rin 1/1 scale figure spotted by Danny Choo this is the first card game dedicated to this super moe anime that is generating a lot of controversy.

Russian hackers team, Memento, has just released v0.9c of their hacked firmware that transforms the Memor 32 PS2 Memory Card into a mod chip for Playstation 2. This version should be functional with all Windows versions. So you can finally play your "imports" without the need to void the warranty installing a modchip... You can buy the Memor 32 in many videogame hacking shops while the download of the Memento hacked firmware is free...
BANDAI DUEL POD
Today, during the World Hobby Fair Bandai presented the DuelPod: a new portable videogame that resembles the classic Barcode Battler. This console looks like a GameBoy Micro. Thanks to a color sensor is possible to summon monsters that can be powered and can battle with other monsters (or other players trought the infrared sensor). In the box there is also a USB Pod so that the player can battle online with other players. Bandai will also release packs with special color cards (360 yen) to summon new monsters.
Esclusiva: Durante la ventiseiesima edizione della fiera giapponese World Hobby Fair la Bandai ha presentato il DuelPod: un nuovo videogioco portatile che ricorda una versione evoluta del Barcode Battler. Esteticamente il DuelPod somiglia a un GameBoy Micro leggermente allungato. Grazie ad un sensore dei colori è possibile invocare dei mostri che si possono potenziare e fare combattere. Grazie a una trasmettitore a raggi infrarossi è possibile scontrarsi con altri amici , inoltre è nella confezione è compreso un dock USB e un CD-Rom che permettono di collegare la console al PC e combattere online con altri DuelPodders.
Ovviamente le potenzialità del DuelPod sono limitate ma il prezzo di 5000 Yen (circa 35 euro) rende questa console piuttosto interessante.
Disponibile alla fine dell'estate nei negozi giapponesi (e presumibilmente online) ma da loglio sarà possibile giocare online uan versione beta che non richiede il Pod..
